Anthropic Launches Claude Wrapped to Show Users Their AI Habits
Anthropic introduces a "reflect" dashboard for Claude that analyzes your AI usage patterns — think Spotify Wrapped for your chatbot conversations.
The year-in-review format perfected by Spotify Wrapped has come for your AI chatbot. Anthropic launched a "reflect" feature for Claude this week, giving users a dashboard that analyzes their chat activity over the past month, three months, six months, or year.
The dashboard breaks down your key conversation topics, the types of tasks you delegate to Claude, and your peak usage times. Users can also set quiet hours or break reminders — nudging you to step away after a certain amount of usage. The company says an analysis of total time spent with Claude is coming soon.
Anthropic frames the feature as part of its "AI collaborator" philosophy, organizing insights around a framework it calls the 4D AI Fluency Framework: Delegation, Description, Discernment, and Diligence. The dashboard periodically surfaces reflective questions like "What's one thing you want to keep doing yourself, even if Claude could do it faster?"
On privacy: the reflection dashboard does not pull from incognito chats, connected tool files, or health integration conversations. Sensitive topics appear only at a high level. The feature was developed with input from the MIT Media Lab, the Digital Wellness Lab at Boston Children's Hospital, and the Family Online Safety Institute.
Claude Reflect is available now in beta for Free, Pro, and Max users who have memory enabled. Cowork support is coming later.
